Job Vacancy:

Finance & Accounting Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Overseas daily accounting transactions, bank correspondence, and bank reconciliation and cost control activities.
* Responsible for monthly closing report and vendor payment on time.
* Able to manage cash flow forecasting, planning & budgeting
* Able to manage and control full spectrum of accounting transaction
* Able to analyze complex administrative, financial problems
* Ensure proper billings and invoicing to clients.
* Ensure proper accounting of transactions for tax matters.
* Ensure compliance; assist in designing & implementation of internal control systems.
* Ensure the smooth and effective management of the accounting activities which include reviewing and streamlining the current processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Master's strongly preferred.
* Minimum 6 years relevant experience, min.2 years in Managerial level.
* Prior working experience in handling General Finance and Accounting, Account Receivable and Account Payable is advantageous.
* Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office and Accounting applications.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* Good Interpersonal and communication skills, smart and hard working, able to work under pressure, proactive and having good initiative
* Excellent skills in accounting regulation and local taxation system
* Understand taxation (Brevet A & B) and Import.
