Senior Customer Service Representative (Supervisory role)

(Hong Kong, Jakarta Raya, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, National Capital Reg, Singapore, Thailand Central, Thailand Eastern, Thailand North, Thailand North Eastern, Thailand South, China, Vietnam, Others)

Responsibilities:

* Be co-ordinating Front Desk Operations.
* Actively assisting the Operations Manager in all admin and billing for the centre.
* Have proven time management skills and are highly organized
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
* Have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a service industry with experience in supervising a small team. Hospitality experience and qualifications highly regarded.
* Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/ Tourism Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
