Surfaid international adalah organisasi Nirlaba yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan Dan program siaga bencana. Kami mengkhususkan pelayanan kami di daerah – daerah pedalaman Dan dipersatukan oleh olah raga Surfing
Posisi ini bertanggungjawab/ melapor kepada Field Manager Dan Assistant Program Manager, E-Prep serta memberikan dukungan program pada kegiatan SurfAid di Kepulauan Mentawai, Sumatera Barat
Tugas-tugasnya meliputi: Melaksanakan koordinasi memonitoring dan mengevaluasi kegiatan Emergency preparedness program di pulau Nias.
Memastikan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan di lakukan secara benar dan sesuai dengan waktu yang diminta
Membuat laporan kepada Mentawai Eprep Field Manager

Monitoring-Evaluati on Coordinator for Mentawai Islands / Senior Community Facilitator diminta untuk tinggal di desa/kecamatan tempat kegiatannya dilaksanakan.

Membantu Assistant Program Manager Dan Field Manajer dalam proses rekrutmen Facilitator Masyarakat.

Membantu Field Manager dalam melaksanakan pelatihan Dan lokakarya di lapangan sesuai tenggat waktu yang ditetapkan.

Melakukan pendampingan pada staf pelatihan SurfAid International.

Melakukan monitoring Dan evaluasi regular terhadap kegiatan lapangan.

Melaksanakan KAP (knowledge, attitude and practice) survey di area yang telah ditetapkan.

Melaksanakan pelatihan Dan kegiatan capacity building di tingkat kecamatan Dan desa.

Menjalin hubungan dengan pemerintah daerah (Camat, SATGAS, Bappeda, Dinas Kesehatan Dan Dinas Pendidikan.

Membantu E-Prep Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager Dan Field Manager dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan.

Menjalin hubungan dengan LSM internasional lainnya, LSM lokal, badan-badan Dan organisasi yang aktif dalam kegiatan penanggulangan bencana.

Tugas-tugas lain seperti ditetapkan oleh E-Prep Program Manager Dan Assistant Program Manager.

Monitoring-Evaluati on Coordinator for Mentawai Islands / Senior Community Facilitator bersedia melakukan banyak perjalanan ke lapangan Dan juga menghadiri lokakarya Dan pelatihan di Padang, Sumatera Barat.
Kualifikasi:

Lulusan Universitas dalam disiplin ilmu yang relevan
·Sedikitnya 2 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam manajemen lapangan Dan implementasi program

Berpengalaman dalam pelatihan berbasis masyarakat
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah daerah, warga masyarakat Dan anak-anak.
· Mengesankan dalam hubungan interpersonal, komunikatif Dan berkomitmen bekerja dalam lingkungan yang multikultur Dan multidisipliner.
·Mempunyai keahlian komputer (word-processing Dan spreadsheet) .
· Mempunyai sensitivitas personal, religius, politik, Dan mempunyai kesabaran, namun taktis Dan diplomatis.
· Mampu bekerja secara independent, dengan pengawasan minimal.
·Mampu membuat laporan dengan baik.

Lebih disukai yang:

Berpengalaman dalam program persiapan Dan penanggulangan bencana.
Berpengalaman dalam program kesehatan berbasis masyarakat.
Berpengalaman dalam bekerja di lokasi terisolir Dan memahami latar belakang sosio-kultur masyarakat di pulau-pulau bagian barat Sumatera.

Responsibilities:

* Overseas daily accounting transactions, bank correspondence, and bank reconciliation and cost control activities.

* Able to manage cash flow forecasting, planning & budgeting
